Job Description

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive sustainable business growth within the animal feed market.

Utilize existing industry networks to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across livestock producers, commercial farms, distributors, and agro-dealers.

Manage key accounts by building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with distributors, dealers, and large-scale farmers.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing structures, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making.

Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, periodic performance reports, and market analysis to management.

Lead negotiations, structure commercial agreements, and close high-value sales transactions.

Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and optimal customer satisfaction
