We are seeking a motivated Loan Officer to actively market and sell our loan and savings products. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, loan disbursement quality, recovery, and meeting set financial targets. Responsibilities: Market and sell the company’s loan and investment products Acquire new loan and investment customers Retain and manage existing customer relationships Ensure quality loan disbursement in line with company policy Take responsibility for disbursed loans and actively pursue recoveries Promote the company’s brand visibility among new and existing customers Meet assigned targets in line with marketing and sales strategy Participate in training and educational activities to improve job knowledge Perform other tasks assigned by the Team Lead to support company objectives
