Expert Application Advice

Required experience — Plan International requires 3 years: each role in your CV must show clear progression with measurable results — not just generic responsibilities.

International NGO — NGO recruiters read your cover letter to assess your understanding of the humanitarian mission, not just technical skills. Show you know the country field context and the specific challenges of this sector.

Recruiting and L&D — Cite challenging positions you filled and training programs you designed with completion rates. An HR certification (CHRP, CIPD) significantly strengthens your profile.

🎯 Make your application ATS-ready
