Job Description
Department: Marketing
Reports Directly To: Head of Marketing / CEO
PUROSE
To drive sales growth, promote company products and services, attract new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to support business objectives.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
Monthly and quarterly sales target achievement
Number of new clients acquired
Revenue generated
Client retention rate
Accuracy and timeliness of sales reports
Compliance with company sales processes
Support Head of Marketing for new product development /strategy
Assist Head of Marketing in the design of marketing plans
DUTIES
The Sales & Marketing Executive is expected to:
Identify and generate new business opportunities for company products and services
Promote and market Vallex Lease Equip Ltd’s offerings to prospective clients
Conduct client visits, presentations, and follow-ups
Prepare and submit sales proposals and invoices
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
Build and manage long-term client relationships
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Provide regular sales updates and reports to Management
Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Normal office environment
Field work involving client visits and business development activities

Exposure to road and travel risks during field sales activities
Pressure associated with meeting sales targets
Required Skills or Experience
EDUCATIONAL
HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related discipline
Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant work experience in sales, marketing, or business development
Knowledge of Leasing, Financial Products, or Insurance will be an added advantage
Technical Competencies
Valid driver’s license with the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
Sales prospecting and lead generation
Marketing and product promotion skills
Negotiation and closing techniques
Proposal and quotation preparation
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) usage
Sales reporting and basic data analysis
Understanding of sales processes and pipelines
Managerial Competencies
(For a non-managerial role, focused on self-management and coordination)
Planning and prioritization of sales activities
Time management and ability to meet deadlines
Target and performance management
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Effective coordination with internal teams (Operations, Finance, HR).
