Job Description

We are an agro-processing and export company specializing in sourcing, processing, and exporting high-quality agricultural commodities and value-added products to international markets. We work closely with farmers, processors, and global buyers to ensure consistent quality, efficient operations, and compliance with international standards.

Position Summary

The Project Coordinator will play a key operational role in supporting the company’s end-to-end activities—from sourcing and production oversight to logistics coordination and marketing support. This position requires a proactive and organized individual who can manage multiple workstreams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure smooth project execution in a fast-paced export environment

Production Oversight

Workforce Coordination.

Logistics & Export Coordination

Supplier Relationship Management

Online Presence & Marketing Support

Administrative & Cross-functional Support

Required Skills or Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field (preferred but not required).

Experience in agro-processing, export operations, supply chain, or logistics is an advantage.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic social media tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative.
