Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Technical Supervisor to oversee daily operations within a growing diesel service center. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in diesel systems with proven leadership ability to manage technicians, ensure quality service delivery, and support the expansion into modern electronic fuel injection systems.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate workshop activities, ensuring efficiency and productivity. 

Diagnose and oversee repairs of diesel engines, fuel injection systems, and electronic injectors. 

Enforce quality control standards and ensure all jobs meet technical specifications. 

Manage job allocation, workflow planning, and turnaround times. 

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational procedures. 

Support customer relations by providing technical guidance and resolving complex issues. 

Required Skills or Experience

Interested applicant must have completed a technical school and possess Motor Vehicle Technician I or having a Technician II will be an added advantage 

Strong knowledge of both conventional and electronic diesel injection systems. 

Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in a workshop environment. 

Ability to diagnose faults using modern diagnostic tools. 

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
