Dimensions of the Role

Leads a small technical and implementation team responsible for the design and implementation of SRGBV prevention activities across targeted counties.

Provides technical direction across the programme on SRGBV, safeguarding, social inclusion and climate related protection aspects.

Lead gender analyses, assessments, baseline studies, and social inclusion diagnostics.

Contribute to learning documents, case studies, success stories, and knowledge products.

Promote adaptive learning using evidence from monitoring and research to refine gender strategies.

Responsible for ensuring that GBV prevention, response and SRGBV reporting mechanisms align with Ministry of Education, and other related ministries e.g. gender, policies and international standards.

Oversees capacity building of partners and staff on SRGBV related matters
