Key Responsibilities Lease Management: Prepare, review, and process lease agreements and renewals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lease documents. Monitor lease expirations and initiate renewal procedures in advance. Rental Collections & Financial Administration: Generate rental invoices and follow up on payments. Record and reconcile rental payments and deposits. Assist in preparing monthly rental reports and arrears summaries. Property Database & File Management: Maintain and update tenant and property records in management systems. Ensure all property documentation is properly filed and accessible. Track and manage keys, access cards, and inventory related to rental units. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all lease agreements comply with company policies and local regulations. Prepare and submit periodic reports on occupancy, and vacancies. Support audits and inspections with relevant documentation and reports. Coordination with Maintenance & Other Departments: Log and track maintenance requests from tenants. Liaise with the maintenance team or contractors to ensure timely resolution. Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections and documentation. General Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the property management team. Handle correspondence, emails, and calls related to rental administration. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Certificate in Advanced Marketing. 3 years relevant experience. Computer literacy in Excel, Word and Power Point. Analytical skills, Teamwork and Good communication skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
