Job Description: Centre for Executive Development (CED) Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering high-impact professional training programs? The Centre for Executive Development (CED) is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager to lead the design, execution, and growth of our training and certification programs.

About the Role. As Program Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering world-class programs for executive assistants, administrative professionals, and corporate leaders. You will oversee the full program lifecycle—from concept to execution—ensuring excellence, innovation, and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of training programs and certifications
• Manage program schedules, resources, and delivery (virtual, in-person, and hybrid)
• Collaborate with facilitators, subject matter experts, and corporate partners
• Drive participant enrollment and engagement in collaboration with marketing teams
• Secure corporate training opportunities to meet company revenue and growth targets
• Moderate webinars and other online training sessions
• Market CED training programs to corporate institutions and strategic partners
• Monitor program performance and implement continuous improvements
• Oversee program budgets, logistics, and operational efficiency
• Ensure quality standards and alignment with global best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Education, or related field (Master’s is an advantage)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in program management, training, or L&D
• Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Experience managing professional training or certification programs is a plus.
