We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Stores and Parts Manager to be responsible for overseeing the procurement, storage, inventory control, and distribution of automobile parts and workshop supplies.
The role ensures availability of the right parts at the right time while minimizing costs and maintaining accurate inventory records.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of spare parts and materials Maintain optimal stock levels to support workshop and operational needs Monitor inventory and conduct regular stock counts and audits Ensure proper documentation of all stock movements (inflow and outflow) Prepare regular reports on stock levels, usage, and procurement activities Manage obsolete or damaged stock appropriately. Source and procure quality automobile parts from approved vendors
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Mgt, Logistics, Business Admin, or related field. Professional certification (e.g., CIPS) is an added advantage Minimum of 3–5 years experience in inventory/store management, preferably in the automobile industry Strong knowledge of automobile spare parts and components Proficiency in inventory management systems/software Inventory management and stock control expertise Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
