We are a growing event design company looking for a professional, organized, and client-focused Relationship Manager to manage client communication and support project coordination.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Excellent communication skills Warm, polite, and professional Highly organized and detail-oriented Able to manage multiple clients and tasks Proactive and solution-oriented

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage communication with clients from start to finish Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally Coordinate client needs with the internal team Follow up on tasks and ensure timelines are met Support planning and execution of events Keep clear records of client communication and updates Ensure a smooth and positive client experience

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in client service, events, hospitality, or a similar role Must be comfortable using a computer and basic work software Ability to support creation of simple moodboards (Canva or similar tools) Strong written and spoken English Must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks Must be professional, reliable, and detail-oriented

IMPORTANT

Must be willing to work long hours and weekends when required to meet deadlines and achieve excellent client satisfaction at all times. “We value communication, organization, and consistency. We expect these from you at all times.”
