Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable backend systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the development of high-performance applications across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the full application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
Develop clean, efficient, and reusable code for web applications
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications
Perform testing to optimize application performance
Collaborate with Frontend Developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
Gather and address technical and design requirements
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Liaise with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new features
Provide technical support and training to internal teams
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices
Requirements
B.Sc./HND in Computer Science or related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Backend Developer
Proficiency in JavaScript or Java (Spring Boot)
Experience with RESTful APIs
Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
Familiarity with Git and version control
Requirements
Experience with GraphQL
Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Understanding of secure coding practices
