** Nous recherchons un Chef de Service Marketing & Communication pour notre client, une société de microfinance basée en Côte d'Ivoire. Sous la responsabilité de la direction, vous serez chargé(e) de définir et déployer la stratégie de communication globale de l'entreprise, de coordonner sa présence en ligne et de veiller à son image de marque. Vous mettrez à profit la communication digitale pour faciliter l'ouverture de nouveaux comptes clients et accroître significativement le chiffre d'affaires. Vous concevrez et mènerez des campagnes marketing visant à augmenter les performances de l'ensemble du réseau, développerez une stratégie social media en coordination avec l'équipe marketing, gérerez et optimiserez les plateformes de médias sociaux, veillerez à l'e-réputation et ferez croître la communauté sur les réseaux sociaux.

- BAC+4/5 en Communication, Marketing ou domaine connexe
- 8 années d'expérience dont 3 à des fonctions similaires
- Maîtrise des outils de communication, des médias sociaux et des NTIC
- Créativité et innovation
