Company: Cress Auto Care Centre Location: Plot 6466, Libala Road, Kalundu, Lusaka, Zambia Position: Panel Beater / Denter Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview Cress Auto Care Centre is seeking an experienced, creative, and skilled Panel Beater / Denter to join our professional automotive body repair and care team in Lusaka. Key Responsibilities Inspect damaged vehicles to determine the scope of body damage and appropriate repair techniques. Perform dent removal, panel beating, straightening, and alignment of damaged motor vehicle panels. Cut away damaged vehicle body parts and weld or fit replacement panels as required. Use hydraulic equipment, body repair tools, dollies, hammers, and pullers to restore vehicle frames and chassis. Prepare metal surfaces for body filling, sanding, priming, and spray painting. Ensure all repair work meets high quality, safety, and manufacturer finish standards. Work collaboratively with auto painters, mechanics, and workshop supervisors to deliver timely turnaround times. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in panel beating, dent repair, and auto body work. Ability to think creatively, diagnose damage accurately, and produce innovative repair solutions. Proficiency with modern body repair tools, dent pullers, and welding equipment. Strong attention to detail, precision, and craftsmanship. High level of reliability, discipline, and teamwork.
