Job Purpose: To oversee day-to-day field operations, installation and maintenance of elevator systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time, safely and to international standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise installation, commissioning and servicing of elevators at various sites 2. Conduct site surveys, measurements and prepare field reports 3. Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults on elevators and escalators 4. Manage field technicians and subcontractors 5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards 6. Prepare daily work progress reports, material requisitions and job completion certificates 7. Liaise with clients, main contractors and suppliers 8.
