About the Company and Role: Dollar Tree Distributors is a distribution company involved in the supply of agricultural inputs and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) products to businesses and customers across various market segments. The company is seeking a proactive, commercially driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Representative to grow its customer base, drive revenue and strengthen relationships with business clients across the assigned territory. This is a field-based position requiring strong prospecting, customer engagement, sales execution and account management capabilities. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, commercially aware and capable of independently managing a sales territory while consistently achieving agreed sales and customer acquisition targets. Key responsibilities: Identify and secure new business from retailers, agro-dealers, commercial farms, institutions, NGOs and corporate customers. Conduct sales visits, present products and build relationships with purchasing decision- makers. Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and negotiate within approved pricing and credit terms. Achieve monthly sales and new-customer acquisition targets. Grow existing accounts through repeat orders and cross-selling. Coordinate with procurement, stores and logistics to fulfil customer orders. Follow up on payments and support timely debt collection. Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities and opportunities in our CRM system. Submit weekly sales and pipeline reports, including competitor and market feedback. Qualifications & experience: At least two years’ experience in B2B, wholesale, distribution or field sales. Proven ability to generate leads, win customers and meet sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Good numeracy and confidence preparing quotations and sales reports. Ability to work independently, plan customer visits and follow through on commitments. Computer literacy; experience using an ERP or CRM system is an advantage. Experience selling agricultural inputs or FMCG products is an added advantage. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. A valid driving licence is an advantage. Compensation: The incumbent will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
