The position As a Freelance Physician in Telemedicine, you will help solve some of the biggest challenges in accessing care. — long waits, expensive consultations for minor problems and barriers to basic care. You will provide fast, professional medical advice through our platform, helping patients get the support they need, when they need it, without going to the hospital.

This is a flexible and remote opportunity for licensed physicians who want to offer simple and fast primary care. — for these common questions that patients already ask informally, but now in a structured, paid and high-impact setting. This role is ideal as a secondary activity, source of flexible remote income, or volunteer opportunity with allowances.

Main duties

• Carry out remote medical consultations via our telemedicine platform
• Providing primary care advice via chat or audio calls
• Examine the symptoms and medical history of patients to give clear, practical advice
• Recommend basic medications or refer patients to face-to-face care if needed
• Maintain accurate consultation files and adhere to platform protocols
• Helping patients understand their health concerns in plain language What You Bring

Education / Qualifications

• MBBS diploma or equivalent, with a valid license to practise in Senegal
• Professional record free of any disciplinary sanction

Experience

• 1 to 3 years of medical experience (young doctors encouraged)
• Good communication skills for virtual consultations
• Professional mastery of French and Wolof.
• Smartphone and reliable internet connection
• Respectful, empathetic and patient-centered attitude
• Remuneration: 600 XOF per consultation
• Total flexibility — Work whenever you want, as much as you want.
• Work entirely remotely, from anywhere in Senegal
• Approximately 20 consultations per month initially, with a high potential for increase
• Opportunity to increase your income through complementary services such as health awareness talks and check-ups.
• With regular activity, earnings can equal a young doctor’s net monthly salary
