We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to drive optimization of process, energy, and quality performance in our cement plant.

The role focuses on continuous improvement, process data analysis, and closing performance gaps while ensuring full compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.

Nous recherchons un Ingénieur des Procédés expérimenté pour piloter l’optimisation des performances process, énergie et qualité au sein de notre cimenterie.

Le titulaire du poste sera responsable de l’amélioration continue, de l’analyse des données process et de la résolution des écarts de performance, tout en garantissant la conformité aux exigences HSE (Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement).

 

Key Responsibilities / Principales responsabilités :

Optimize cement manufacturing process performance (quarry to cement grinding).

Lead pyro-process optimization (kiln, preheater, calciner).

Improve energy efficiency and reduce production costs.

Analyze process data and identify improvement opportunities.

Conduct process audits and heat & mass balance analysis.

Optimize Alternative Fuels & Raw materials (AFR) and support decarbonization.

Ensure process stability and product quality improvement.

Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams.

Train and mentor junior engineers and CCR operators.

Ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards.

Optimiser les performances du procédé de fabrication du ciment (de la carrière au broyage ciment).

Piloter l’optimisation du process pyro (four, préchauffeur, calcinateur).

Améliorer l’efficacité énergétique et réduire les coûts de production.

Analyser les données process et identifier les axes d’amélioration.

Conduire des audits process et des bilans matière & énergie.

Optimiser l’utilisation des combustibles alternatifs (AFR) et contribuer à la décarbonation.

Assurer la stabilité du process et améliorer la qualité du produit.

Collaborer avec les équipes production, maintenance et qualité.

Former et accompagner les ingénieurs juniors et opérateurs CCR.

Veiller au respect des normes HSE locales et internationales

 

Required Profile /

English

Education:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemical, Process, or Industrial Engineering.

Cement specialization is a strong advantage.

Experience:

Minimum 8 years in cement process engineering.

Proven expertise in:

Pyro-process (kiln, preheater, calciner).

Vertical grinding mills.

Energy optimization.

AFR and decarbonization.

Bac+4/5 en Génie Chimique, Génie des Procédés ou Génie Industriel

Spécialisation ciment fortement souhaitée

Expérience :

Minimum 8 ans en ingénierie des procédés ciment

Expertise en :

Process pyro (four, préchauffeur, calcinateur)

Broyeurs verticaux

Optimisation énergétique

Combustibles alternatifs et décarbonation

 

Technical Skills / Compétences techniques :

English

Strong knowledge of cement manufacturing process

Hands-on experience with key equipment (kiln, mills, AFR systems, material handling)

Proven track record in process optimization and troubleshooting

Expertise in simulation tools and root cause analysis

Strong energy efficiency and waste reduction knowledge

Ability to ensure product quality and environmental compliance

Deep understanding of HSE regulations

Experience in process audits and thermal balance

Monitoring and improving process & energy KPIs

Knowledge of SOPs and reporting standards

Openness to advanced technologies (e.g., AI-based optimization)

Français
