Quality Assurance/ Quality Control Engineer

Salary Range ₦300,000 - ₦400,000/month

Job Summary

The Quality Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality of construction activities on-site across our estate projects. The role will involve stage-by-stage inspections, tracking milestones, verifying compliance with standards, and ensuring that all construction work meets regulatory and company quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction quality and progress.

Verify that all work complies with regulatory standards, codes, and specifications.

Monitor and report project milestones and stage completions.

Identify and address quality control issues, defects, or deviations.

Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and project managers to enforce quality standards.

Prepare and maintain quality documentation and inspection reports.

Recommend corrective actions where non-conformances are identified.

Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and company policies on all sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.

Professional certification/membership with COREN or CORBON is required.

Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as a Quality Engineer in construction or estate development.

Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, codes, and best practices.

Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.

Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues on-site.
