Le Bar Restaurant VIP Calavi , installed in the area of the town hall , recruits four waitresses to support the pace of its service. The establishment plays the card of a neat customer experience: warm welcome, fast service, high-end atmosphere and customer loyalty. The position is suitable for someone who loves the field and direct contact, away from an office job.
On a daily basis, the recruited person welcomes customers upon arrival, takes orders and orients on the menu, serves drinks and dishes with speed and discretion, then ensures the cleanliness of the tables and room throughout the service. She works in coordination with the bar and the kitchen to reduce waiting times during peak hours and remains a strong proponent of complementary drinks.
Candidate profile
The desired profile: organized people, comfortable with the public and able to keep smiling despite a steady pace. An experience of 0 to 1 year in service, bar or restaurant is a real asset, but the presentation, punctuality, memory of orders and endurance in the evening weigh more than a diploma.
Conditions: CDI after validation of the interview, remuneration to be discussed according to profile, evening service and weekends. Immediate take-off.

•Never pay any amount of money — for a file, a training, a uniform, or an interview. A real employer never asks the candidate to pay.
•Never send a photo of your ID card, passport, or banking details before you have physically verified the employer exists.
•Always meet in a public place, during the day — never an isolated address, a private home, or a location you cannot verify in advance.
•Tell a relative or friend exactly where you are going, with whom, and at what time — and share your live location if possible.
•Search the company name online before going: a real business has a trace (website, reviews, other employees, an official address).
•A salary that is far above the market rate for the position and the city is a red flag — be extra cautious.
