A point of sale located in Agla, Cotonou recruits a store manager who is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business and the relationship with neighborhood customers. The position is for a young woman aged 25 to 30, holder of the LAC, preferably residing at Agla, Zogbo or Mènontin: the proximity of the workplace is a real criterion here, because the service intake must be punctual and the hourly amplitude can extend at the end of the day.
On a daily basis, the recruited person opens and closes the point of sale, welcomes customers, presents articles and accompanies the conclusion of sales. It holds the cash register, records receipts, justifies the day's receipts and reports any deviations without delay. It also ensures the cleanliness and good performance of the sales space, stores the goods and alerts on replenishment needs before stock runs out.
Candidate profile
The expected profile is that of an honest and rigorous person in money management, comfortable with the reception of the public and able to work independently during the day. An initial experience in sales or cash management is an asset, but the position remains open to a serious candidate with 0 to 1 year of experience and a good level of French to communicate with customers.
Conditions: contract CDI, remuneration to be discussed according to profile and experience, trading hours with full day presence. The successful candidate will join a small team where reliability and transparency in the fund are more important than seniority.

•Never pay any amount of money — for a file, a training, a uniform, or an interview. A real employer never asks the candidate to pay.
•Never send a photo of your ID card, passport, or banking details before you have physically verified the employer exists.
•Always meet in a public place, during the day — never an isolated address, a private home, or a location you cannot verify in advance.
•Tell a relative or friend exactly where you are going, with whom, and at what time — and share your live location if possible.
•Search the company name online before going: a real business has a trace (website, reviews, other employees, an official address).
•A salary that is far above the market rate for the position and the city is a red flag — be extra cautious.
