Bilingual HR Manager (French / English)
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading all activities related to personnel management and the development of the company’s human capital.
He ensures that HR policies are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives, while guaranteeing legal compliance, organizational efficiency, and the well-being of employees.
Main responsibilities
Define and implement the recruitment strategy.
Manage the entire recruitment process: job posting, interviews, selection, onboarding.
Collaborate with managers to anticipate staffing needs and plan workforce levels.
Implement and monitor the performance evaluation system.
Support managers in setting objectives and monitoring results.
Promote a healthy, collaborative, and motivating work environment.
Professionally manage internal claims and conflicts.
Implement actions aimed at strengthening employee motivation and retention.
Supervise payroll, salary management, and benefits.
Conduct remuneration studies to ensure the competitiveness of the company.
Propose adjustments and performance bonuses based on results.
Identify training needs and develop the annual skills development plan.
Organize and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Support skills development and managerial succession.
Ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies.
Keep personnel files and administrative documents up to date.
Update and enforce the internal regulations and HR procedures.
Produce HR reports and key indicators (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, etc.).
Participate in the strategic planning of the company.
Manage the HR budget and optimize personnel-related costs.
Desired Profile:
Education: University degree (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources Management, Law, or Business Administration.
Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in a Payroll , hrbp or similar position, ideally in a commercial or multinational environment.
Languages: Proficiency in French and English (oral and written).
Skills:
Solid knowledge of labor law and modern HR practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
Sense of confidentiality, ethics, and rigor.
Mastery of IT tools and HR software.
