We are requiring the services of a fully qualified and competent Tools & Automotive Sales Consultant. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist customers with product selection and provide expert advice. Promote and sell tools and automotive products. Maintain excellent product displays and merchandising standards. Ensure shelves are well-stocked and products properly priced. Meet sales targets and contribute to departmental performance. Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting customer relationships. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Minimum of a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE). Previous experience in retail sales will be an added advantage. Good knowledge of tools and automotive products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service and selling skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Honest, proactive, organised and a good team player.
