Responsabilités principales
Le Service Manager est responsable de la gestion de service de bout en bout sur les comptes clients qui lui sont confiés : livrer les engagements de service convenus, coordonner le support technique en temps utile, démontrer la valeur apportée au client et faire progresser la croissance du service. Le rôle porte la coordination et le suivi face au client, en travaillant avec les Customer Success Organizations, les Technology Services, les Field Services et d'autres organisations au sein du PT.
