O Projeto MoRe é uma iniciativa de grande escala, com duração prevista de 40 anos, voltada para a recuperação florestal e o desenvolvimento sustentável no Malawi. O projeto tem como meta restaurar 555.000 hectares de áreas degradadas por meio de reflorestação, agroflorestas e regeneração natural assistida, promovendo o envolvimento ativo das comunidades locais. Com isso, o MoRe busca gerar benefícios ambientais, sociais e económicos duradouros, contribuindo para a resiliência ecológica e o bem-estar das populações. Principais Responsabilidades Organizar e supervisionar as atividades diárias da oficina; Planear e acompanhar as intervenções de manutenção preventiva e corretiva; Diagnosticar e apoiar a resolução de avarias em motores diesel, sistemas hidráulicos e elétricos; Garantir a manutenção de tratores, alfaias e restantes equipamentos da operação; Gerir o stock de peças, ferramentas e consumíveis da oficina; Controlar os custos de manutenção e propor medidas de otimização; Implementar ações para reduzir os tempos de imobilização dos equipamentos; Supervisionar, formar e desenvolver os técnicos locais; Garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurança e qualidade aplicáveis à oficina. Requisitos Da Função e Perfil De Competências Formação técnica em Mecânica, Eletromecânica ou área similar; Experiência mínima de 3 a 5 anos em funções de chefia de oficina ou manutenção de frotas; Experiência comprovada na manutenção de frotas mistas, incluindo tratores, alfaias e equipamentos pesados; Conhecimentos sólidos de motores diesel, sistemas hidráulicos, eletricidade automóvel e diagnóstico de avarias; Experiência em planeamento e gestão de manutenção preventiva e corretiva; Conhecimento de gestão de stocks de peças e controlo de custos de manutenção; Domínio da língua inglesa (mandatório); Carta de condução internacional válida (preferencial); Disponibilidade para mobilidade.
