We are looking for a leader with a strong background in hotel engineering, preventive maintenance, and team development, who can help ensure our facilities and systems operate seamlessly while supporting the exceptional experiences our guests expect. Qualifications – Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field. – Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel engineering operations, preferably within an international luxury hospitality environment. – Proven experience in preventive maintenance, building systems, and technical operations. – Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & life safety systems. – Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop engineering colleagues. – Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. – Experience in managing contractors, projects, and maintenance programs. – Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations. – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). – A commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences through operational excellence.
