• The main objectives of partnership and monitoring and evaluation are to develop, supervise and evaluate programmes and projects in Burkina Faso and Benin. Develop and coordinate the monitoring and evaluation system of the NGO’s programmes. Key responsibilities: Participate in methodological reflection and development of the partnership program. Identify and select new partners in the area of intervention, in connection with governance bodies. Establish the programs proposed by the partners and submit them to the Board of Directors for validation. Implement, monitor and evaluate programs and partners. Ensure narrative and budgetary justification of programs. Represent the NGO with Belgian and international partners and interlocutors. Follow the Representative
• e Countries in Burkina Faso. Set up and improve the monitoring and evaluation system, exploit partner reports and propose corrective measures. Your profile Adherence to the Earth Group project and strong interest in international cooperation. Sensitivity to themes: waste management, agroecology, social and solidarity economy. Mastery of Results-Based Management, logical framework and theory of change, with experience in their implementation. Good knowledge of the political and socio-economic contexts of West Africa (Burkina Faso and Benin). Knowledge of the international cooperation sector and regulations of major donors. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a spirit of analysis and synthesis. Ability to plan work methodically and meet deadlines. Team spirit and positive contribution to collective projects. Mastery of the Office suite and monitoring and evaluation tools. Availability for regular field missions. Location: Parc Industriel des Hauts Sarts, 4th Avenue 45, 4040 Herstal – Teleworking possible. Speed: 4/5 time. Remuneration: 3,137.60 € gross/month (full-time equivalent), 13th full month, 8 meal vouchers €. Type of contract: CDI. Start date: 1 December 2025. Full time without telecommuting
