Key Responsibilities & Missions

• Financial Oversight: Monitor sales figures, manage petty cash, and ensure accurate end-of-day reconciliation. Identify opportunities to increase sales of fuel, lubricants, and convenience store items.

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure the station is clean, organized, and compliant with South African petroleum industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Fuel Service Station Supervisor or similar role in the retail or petroleum sector.

• Strong knowledge of fuel station operations, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.

• Strong numerical and problem-solving abilities.
