We are looking for a Warehouse and Finance Administrator to support accurate warehouse, invoice, cash and expense records. The role involves reconciling daily transactions, preparing shipment documentation and coordinating tax, social security and audit requirements. Responsibilities: Reconcile the previous day’s collection report with invoices and warehouse records, verify customer details, container references, payments and outstanding amounts, and follow up on discrepancies with the warehouse and cashier. Distribute invoices and packing lists to relevant staff, ensure new shipments are recorded in collection and outbound inventory records, and prepare warehouse packing lists before containers arrive.
