We are seeking trustworthy, proactive, hardworking, and results-oriented professionals to join our head office operations in Lusaka. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative and operational office support. Apply accounting knowledge to support routine financial recordkeeping and assist in the accurate preparation of statutory returns (ZRA, NAPSA, NHIMA, etc.). Manage, renew, and track company business permits, import/export licences, and supporting regulatory documents. Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems. Liaise with internal teams and external regulatory bodies smoothly and professionally. Requirements: University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Public Administration, or related discipline. Accounting knowledge and practical ability to prepare statutory returns. Experience managing statutory permits, licences, and compliance documentation. Female university graduates within five (5) years of graduation are preferred. Excellent academic background with a GPA of 4.0 or above . Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and office productivity tools.
