We are expanding our Collections team as the loan book grows. The Role The Collections Portfolio Officer owns a defined portfolio of approximately 150 clients across all classifications (performing, partial performing and non-performing). You are responsible for every required action on your allocated clients according to the classification playbook, with clear monthly measurement of improvement on your book. Key Responsibilities
