Main duties

One (1) Expert Architect Solutions Money (m/f) Posted on Jan 21, 2016 2025 Orange Money Telecommunications, Networks - Telecommunications Abidjan As part of the Senior Manager Technology and Innovation SFM, you have the mission to design and manage all technical and functional architecture work Orange Money, define the principles of IT urban planning and maintain the coherence of the architectures of the solutions with the target IT architecture in compliance with the rules of the art (guidelines, recommendations and prescriptions), ensure the technological watch to be part of a logic of continuous improvement and transfer of competence. As such, you are responsible for:

• Organize and carry out studies and engineering of projects and technical needs on the Orange Money perimeter
• Contribute to the development of the IT master plan
• Develop or frame the study files and architectures of structuring projects Orange Money
• Proposing functional & technical architectures: Defining architectures. Evaluate and propose solutions that take into account functional, technical and software requirements (network, DNS, IP...)
• Recommend architecture and perimeter choices for Money products and define functional bricks shared between services (multi-product enablers)
• Conduct architectural studies and validate the choice of new solutions in connection with the architects of the fields concerned
• Develop standards and continuously update a directory of business architecture principles
• Ensure the compliance of proposed architectures with company requirements, in particular security
• Ensure the proper integration of the solutions achieved by ensuring consistency in the IS
• Ensure the management of an architecture committee to ensure architectural consistency for services carried out by local teams (OMCI & OCI)
• Realize the RFP of outsourced Orange Money projects
• Prepare and pass the expenditure validation committees (Coval, Codep)
• Participate in iTTM Project Committees for major projects of the company (offers, infrastructure projects ...) to ensure control of operational risks
• Identify, propose and carry new practices, methodologies, technologies, innovations, disruptive transformations
• Ensure technological monitoring by proposing new technologies in the field of application development or service platforms
• Propose actions of digitalization and automation of business processes and reference interfaces
• Master and implement industrialization tools (DEVSECOPS) and control methods (Agile/V-Cycle) and the principles of micro-services architectures, Event Driven Architecture, DDD, CQRS, ...
• Master containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
• Collaborate with business development teams in the development and qualification of needs
• Develop reporting on the study activity and ensure communication to other departments
• Oversee the study and engineering activities of the perimeter and ensure compliance with the tools and methodologies of the studies team
• Participate in the implementation of the roadmap of Orange Money platforms, products and services
• Communicate to employees the orientations of the service in terms of urban planning IT
• Ensure skills transfer through training and coaching sessions
• Ensure good communication between business entities and the service and do technological monitoring
• Promote within the company the improvement of architectural practices and the requirement for software products and used your profile Bac+4/5 in Computer Science, Telecoms or equivalent and with at least five to six (5-6) years of experience in the A skills field.
