RAB PROCESSORS LTD HIRING Position: Dispatch Rider Location: Lilongwe Branch Key Responsibilities Deliver documents, parcels, and other items safely and promptly. Plan efficient delivery routes and meet assigned schedules. Obtain signatures or other proof of delivery. Maintain accurate delivery records and submit reports. Inspect and maintain the assigned motorcycle to ensure roadworthiness. Comply with traffic laws and company safety procedures. Handle deliveries carefully to prevent loss or damage. Report accidents, delays, and mechanical faults promptly. Provide professional customer service during deliveries. Perform other errands and logistical duties as assigned. Qualifications and Attributes Minimum Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE). Valid motorcycle riding licence. Previous dispatch or courier experience is an added advantage. Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations. Ability to use maps and GPS navigation applications. Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills. Honest, reliable, responsible, and able to work independently. Basic motorcycle maintenance knowledge is an added advantage. Good safety awareness and a responsible riding record.
