Qualifications – Holder of Form IV or VI Certificate and Class “C1 or E” Driving License. – Must have attended Basic Driving Course offered by VETA or any recognized institution. – Must possess training certificates that qualified them for the respective ranks. – Must have driven experience of at least one year without causing any accident. – The candidate shall be required to attend and pass military recruit course.
