SAASA B2E recrute un IT Manager chargé de superviser les systèmes et l'infrastructure informatiques de l'organisation, afin de garantir des services fiables, sécurisés et efficaces sur l'ensemble de ses sites.
Responsabilités principales
Le titulaire du poste définit les priorités informatiques, planifie les investissements et pilote le budget IT. Il administre les réseaux, serveurs, bases de données, matériels et logiciels sur tous les sites. Il assure la disponibilité des systèmes par la maintenance préventive, les mises à jour, les sauvegardes et les procédures de restauration. Il protège les systèmes et les données, suit les menaces de sécurité et applique les actions correctives nécessaires. Il dirige les projets informatiques, notamment le développement d'applications, les déploiements ERP et les migrations de systèmes. Enfin, il encadre l'équipe informatique, coordonne l'assistance aux utilisateurs et gère les incidents techniques majeurs.
Le candidat analyse les besoins des différents services et propose des solutions numériques qui améliorent les opérations. Il fait preuve d'excellentes capacités de communication et de compréhension, et maîtrise Microsoft Office ainsi que les outils numériques pertinents. Un diplôme de licence minimum en informatique ou dans une discipline connexe est requis, avec au moins 5 à 6 ans d'expérience en informatique ou sur des postes comparables.
