Build the commercial machine of a 100% digital bank.
Job overview
The context. Our client is a digital bank without agencies, recently constituted, which offers credit, savings and payment in Madagascar. Backed by a diversified international group, it distributes its products on a large scale via an electronic money partner. Everything remains to be structured, and that’s what makes the post exciting.
Your mission. You carry the commercial strategy of the bank and its results: production, outstandings, collection and income. You set the conditions for the distribution of products and sit on the common product and pricing governance. You develop a direct relationship with companies, institutions and key accounts.
Responsibilities
Define the strategy by segment (individuals, micro-entrepreneurs, companies, institutions) and by product family.
Build with Finance the commercial budget and follow the reforecasts.
Manage the distribution contract with the partner: performance, quality, compliance of practices.
Propose pricing and validate campaigns involving the bank.
Supervise a team of 4 people, to grow.

•Never pay any amount of money — for a file, a training, a uniform, or an interview. A real employer never asks the candidate to pay.
•Never send a photo of your ID card, passport, or banking details before you have physically verified the employer exists.
•Always meet in a public place, during the day — never an isolated address, a private home, or a location you cannot verify in advance.
•Tell a relative or friend exactly where you are going, with whom, and at what time — and share your live location if possible.
•Search the company name online before going: a real business has a trace (website, reviews, other employees, an official address).
•A salary that is far above the market rate for the position and the city is a red flag — be extra cautious.
