Junior Accountant Trainee (M/F)

We are recruiting a junior accounting intern on behalf of one of our clients, an international group with several subsidiaries in Guinea, Senegal, Ivory Coast and Burkina Faso.

Main duties

As a junior accounting intern, you are part of a dynamic team and actively participate in our company’s accounting missions. You contribute to the day-to-day management of financial operations and develop your accounting skills in a stimulating professional environment.

Responsibilities

Your Main Responsibilities Include:

• Participate in the entry and processing of accounting entries.
• Assist in the preparation of tax and social declarations.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and analyze discrepancies.
• Contribute to the monthly and annual closure of accounts.
• Participate in the preparation of financial reports.

Education / Qualifications

• Collaborate with various departments to collect and verify the necessary information.

You work closely with experienced accountants, who guide and train you. Candidate profile

• Basic knowledge of general accounting
• Mastery of office tools (Excel, Word)
• Sense of organization and respect for deadlines
• Capacity for analysis and synthesis
• Team spirit and good communication Strengths:
• Knowledge of cost accounting
• Previous experience in internship or alternation
• Knowledge of accounting software (Sage, Cegid, etc.)
