Main duties

Ensure that infrastructure procurement and management policies and procedures contribute to the achievement of the bank's strategic and efficiency objectives.

Other information

• Ensure that the bank’s agencies, assets and equipment throughout the network comply with brand standards and other applicable standards.
• Develop and implement cost reduction and control initiatives.
• Obtain the necessary approvals for insurance policies and procedures to ensure adequate coverage of the bank’s assets and follow up on claims and compensation.
• Design and implement effective travel and business travel management systems.
• Ensure that the management of the bank’s infrastructure and buildings complies with established standards.
• Implement the bank’s network deployment and expansion plan.

Location

• Ensure optimal allocation and management of the bank’s physical assets in order to avoid any waste or surplus.
• Supervise the acquisition of the bank’s goods and equipment by guaranteeing quality, appropriate quantities and best costs.
• Effectively manage relationships with outsourced service providers.
• Ensure the implementation of adequate safety and fire prevention measures.
• Ensure efficient management of the vehicle fleet to reduce costs and avoid business interruptions.
• Ensure the provision of adequate and efficient security services.
• Manage relations with regulatory and administrative authorities (urban planning, licenses, authorizations, etc.).
• Implement the necessary measures to ensure the protection and security of the bank’s assets.
• Develop and implement fleet management strategies.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective and efficient management of the bank’s physical assets (land, buildings and equipment).
• Develop and implement capital and general services management strategies.
• To supervise, support and develop employees under his direct supervision by ensuring their training and the continuous improvement of their performance.

Candidate profile

University degree (Bac+4/5) in a relevant discipline. Basic knowledge of accounting. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 in the banking sector and in an Administration, Logistics or General Means department.
