Le stagiaire en ressources humaines apporte un soutien au recrutement, à l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs et à la constitution des dossiers du personnel. Il veille à la tenue rigoureuse des dossiers des employés et des bases de données RH. Il participe à la préparation des éléments de paie, à la gestion des congés et au suivi des présences. Il assure également la correspondance RH et apporte un appui administratif à l'équipe des ressources humaines.
Le candidat doit être titulaire d'une licence ou d'un HND en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe. Il doit être passionné par la construction d'une carrière en ressources humaines et posséder une bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel et Word. D'excellentes compétences en communication, en organisation et en relations interpersonnelles sont attendues, ainsi que la capacité à préserver la confidentialité des informations. Le poste est ouvert aux candidats masculins, dans un souci d'équilibre entre les genres.
