SAASA B2E Management Sarl recruits a Filterer, also designated as an exit cargo control officer. This position is central to the store's operations, as it is the last audit before customers leave the premises. The main objective is to reduce stock losses, prevent thefts and ensure the accuracy of transactions by systematically checking customer receipts and comparing them with the items they carry. The function requires great vigilance, a keen sense of detail as well as an excellent sense of hospitality and customer service.

Missions and responsibilities

Checking goods involves comparing items in carts, baskets or bags with the lines on receipts to ensure that quantities, product descriptions and item references (SKU) match perfectly. Particular attention should be paid to items at risk: unpackaged goods, high-value electronic devices, items sold in bulk as well as products placed on the lower level of trolleys.

In the event of a discrepancy, it is a matter of identifying double billing errors or unscanned items, and then directing customers calmly and professionally to customer service or cashiers in order to correct billing errors, without assigning them responsibility. The filter also contributes to loss prevention by monitoring exit areas for suspicious behaviour, attempts to circumvent controls or security breaches, and immediately reporting incidents to the property protection team or store management.
