Attached to the HSE Supervisor, you ensure the application of hygiene, safety and environmental rules in the field and support operational teams on a daily basis. Inspection & Security Field: Carry out regular inspections of work areas, ensure the wearing of PPE and check the compliance of safety and emergency equipment. Awareness raising:
Host safety talks (Toolbox Meetings) and participate in briefings and training of teams and subcontractors. Risk & Incident Analysis: Participate in risk analysis, identify hazardous situations, assist with incident investigations and track corrective actions. Reporting & Tools: Monitoring and quality of observations recorded in the reporting tools and raising the indicators to the hierarchy.
Education: Diploma (Bac+2 to Bac+3) in HSE, QHSE, Industrial Engineering or equivalent field.
Have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in HSE, ideally acquired in the drilling sector, mining or demanding industrial environment. Key skills: Mastery of prevention principles, field inspections and good knowledge of occupational safety standards. Mastering HSE reporting tools is an asset.
