WHO WE ARE
Nkhamenya Community Hospital is a Catholic Health Facility of Mzuzu Diocese. It operates under the Health Commission of the Diocese whose mandate is to ensure that the services that the Catholic Church provides in the Diocese are accessible to the rural masses and the quality of care being provided is line with the professional standards and in the footsteps of Jesus Christ the founder of the healing ministry. In its efforts of ensuring provision of quality health services, the hospital would like to recruit the following position:
SECURITY GUARD (GRADE R)
Guard hospital premises and control entry and exit points Conduct regular patrols to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access. Monitor visitors and ensure compliance with hospital security rules. Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies. Record incidents, visitor movements, and daily security activities. Assist staff and visitors with directions and general safety concerns. Enforce hospital rules, especially after visiting hours. Work closely with local law enforcers when required.
QUALIFICATIONS: A full MSCE with 6 credits Applicants for the above post should have the following: Be a practicing Christian
Should have at least 2 years’ experience on the post being applied for Should have a traceable record
Should possess good communication and interpersonal skills Successful candidates for the posts of Senior Assistant Human Resources Management, Hospital Driver and Hospital Attendant will be on 3 years’ contract which will be renewable depending on the performance while Clinical and Nursing Technician internees, will be on 1-year contract non renewable
RENUMERATION
A competitive remuneration package in line with Government of Malawi Salary Scale will be offered to successful candidates.
