Job offer: Executive Director – SUNCAM SUNCAM, a major distributor of Coca-Cola Gracedom Bottling Company, is recruiting a Managing Director responsible for operational management, supply chain and distribution performance.

Main duties

The Executive Director will be responsible for managing the entire value chain of the company, from the receipt of products from suppliers to their final delivery to customers. It shall in particular: Translate the business and financial strategy defined by the Branch into operational plans; Ensure stock levels adapted to the needs of the activity; Ensure the profitability of the distribution process; Maintain a high level of quality of service; Manage the overall performance of distribution operations.

Responsibilities

Supply chain and inventory management Lead the supply chain and inventory management; Overseeing the flow of goods; Optimize stock rotation to limit breakouts and overstocks; Coordinate the logistics and supply of the market; Plan import and export activities. Logistics and distribution Optimize the vehicle fleet and delivery routes; Reduce transportation costs while improving service quality; Supervise distribution activities; Ensure effective coordination with strategic suppliers, service providers and key customer accounts. Financial and budgetary management Develop, validate and monitor operational budgets; Overseeing material investments; Controlling distribution and logistics costs;

Location

Participate in the monitoring of payroll and the allocation of resources. Management of performance Monitor key performance indicators; Analyze profitability, volumes, market share and customer satisfaction; Identify areas for improvement and implement the necessary corrective actions; Lead continuous improvement projects; Contribute to the modernization of tools and the automation of processes. Management Supervise the heads of the logistics and transport departments, sales administration and distribution; Federate the teams around the objectives of the company; Develop the skills of employees; Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards and regulations applicable to the distribution activity. Skills and qualities sought The candidate must have strong skills in the following areas: Accounting and finance; Sales and commercial negotiation; Supply chain management; Optimization of business processes; Analysis of data and performance indicators; Budget management and allocation of resources; Project management; Continuous improvement; Logistics, distribution and organization of operations.

Candidate profile

The profile sought must also demonstrate: Rigor and sense of anticipation; Analytical mind; Orientation to results; Excellent communication skills; Leadership and ability to federate teams; Understanding of commercial, logistical and organizational issues. Profile and experience SUNCAM is looking for an H/F profile, aged 40 to 50 years , that meets the following criteria: Be a graduate of a major business or engineering school;

Experience

Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position; Have a solid experience in management and operational management; Be able to federate and lead teams; Experience in the retail or logistics of FMCG is highly desirable.
