Oversee the day-to-day management of the centre by ensuring compliance with the rules, procedures and commitments set out in the partnership agreement between the CJS and the welcoming structure. Participate in coordination meetings to align the activities of the centre with those of the welcoming structure. Ensure the proper functioning of the centre by implementing effective management of human, material and financial resources. Ensure the maintenance of infrastructure and equipment made available to young people and partners. Ensure that centres and mobile hubs are inclusive and accessible to all young people, including those living with disabilities or in remote rural areas. Coordinate and supervise the work of assistants (programming, community mobilization, Lab, local studio, logistics, accounting, driver and relay). Collaborate closely with the Executive Office for technical supervision of assistants and implementation of activities. Report regularly to the Locomotive and Executive Office on the centre’s activities, results achieved and challenges encountered. 2. To ensure effective planning and to ensure that the activities of the CJS, the welcoming structure and local CSOs are harmonized. Organize and coordinate the effective implementation and documentation of the centre’s activities in alignment with project objectives and indicators, while ensuring that strategic issues (gender, inclusion, communication, advocacy, etc.) are integrated into interventions. Develop initiatives and events to enhance the attractiveness of the centre and encourage young people’s acceptance of the opportunities offered. Identify the specific needs of young people in each region and guide programming accordingly. Adapt activities by ensuring that young women have equitable access to the opportunities and resources offered by the project. 3. Coordination with stakeholders and development of the local ecosystem Collaborate with public, private, and local partners to strengthen synergies and maximize the impact of the center. Work closely with project partners, including the Mastercard Foundation, to align local actions with broad strategic directions. Facilitate connections between young entrepreneurs, public actors, private partners and local communities to foster collaborative dynamics. Work with community leaders to promote the social acceptance of women entrepreneurs. Contribute to the implementation of a sustainable management model for the centres, involving local communities and public actors. 5. Monitoring, evaluation and reporting Supervise the work of relays (Monitoring & Evaluation) for the collection of data on attendance at the center, the profile of beneficiaries, participation in different activities and results obtained. Collaborate with the monitoring and evaluation officer to operationalize the monitoring, evaluation and reporting system to ensure the reliability, relevance and quality of the data collected. Ensure gender mainstreaming in the framework to measure the differentiated impact of activities on men and women. Support local partners and user organizations in the integration of MEAL standards into their own activities. Document good practices, innovations and lessons learned within the centre to inform the overall strategy of the YEAH project and the Yaakaar programme. Profile sought: University degree in project management, entrepreneurship, social and solidarity economy, agronomy or other relevant field. Proven experience in the management and animation of community spaces. Experience in the implementation and management of agricultural projects or knowledge of the agriculture and agri-food sector. Skills in project programming, monitoring and evaluation, planning and budget management. Ability to mobilize and engage young people, including in the identification and implementation of local activities. Strong ability to analyze needs, manage priorities and proactively solve problems. Experience in team supervision and coordination of multi-stakeholder projects. Fluency in French and Wolof (both oral and written) and knowledge of local languages. Appetite for the Senegalese associative sector, entrepreneurship, social and solidarity economy and knowledge of the ecosystem. Sensitivity to the problems of Senegalese youth: health, employment, education, commitment, etc. Adherence to the values of the Consortium.
