JOB PURPOSE Provide overall strategic, operational and financial leadership of Incotech Solutions’ integrated e-waste Materials Recovery Facility (MRF), ensuring the GreenTech4CE facility meets its grant objectives, commercial targets and regulatory obligations. Serve as the accountable owner for facility performance, stakeholder relations and the safe, compliant recovery of value from Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Escalate strategic, legal or reputational risks to the MD and Board with recommended mitigations. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Strategic and commercial acumen; strong grasp of circular-economy and WEEE value chains; financial and budget management; regulatory and stakeholder engagement; leadership of multidisciplinary teams; results orientation and sound judgement under ambiguity. EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Business or related field (Master’s/MBA an advantage); minimum 8-10 years’ senior operational/general management experience, ideally in recycling, waste management, manufacturing or heavy industry, with demonstrable P&L ownership and donor/grant-funded project exposure.
