Job overview

Location

You will join the Regional Directorate Owendo through its HR entity to ensure continuity of service in the absence of the incumbent of the position. In addition, you will become familiar with the railway industry and can finalize the drafting of your report or thesis. Location Owendo Gabon Forecast start date: 02 November 2026 Duration: Three (03) months, possibility of renewal once (01) times, unpaid internship.

Main duties

• Managing social dialogue;
• Manage vehicles in the Region;
• Ensure mineral water distribution;
• Prepare reports and minutes;
• Dealing with the various administrative acts;
• Ensure the management of personnel.

Candidate profile

Speciality / Field: Human Resources Management. Level: Bac + 3/5. Types of Technical Skills:

• Personnel management and administrative monitoring;
• Management of absences and leave;

Education / Qualifications

• Collection and processing of social data;
• Respect for confidentiality. Types of Relational Skills:
• Sociability;
• Rigor;
• Organization;
• Teamwork. Tools/Software and Level: Knowledge of the Office Level 2 Pack. Required languages and level: French, Good level.
