THE POSITION

We are looking for a confirmed UI/UX Designer to give a strong and consistent visual identity to our web and mobile products, and to ensure a simple and enjoyable experience for their users. You will work with the product team and developers, and will intervene at every stage of a project, from understanding the need to putting screens into production.

Main duties

• 1. User search (UX)
• Collect and analyze the needs of customers and end users
• Conduct interviews and analyze the existing
• Build personas and map user journeys
• Spot friction points and suggest improvements
• 2. Information design and architecture
• Organize the content and navigation of applications
• Realize low and medium fidelity wireframes
• Design simple journeys, including complex business features (management, planning, dashboards, advanced forms)
• 3. Interface design (UI)
• Design high-fidelity mockups for the web (desktop, tablet) and mobile (iOS / Android)
• Ensure responsive, consistent and modern interfaces
• Design data screens: tables, graphs, filters, dashboards
• Care for details: condition of components (overflight, loading, error, empty), micro-interactions, user messages
• 4. Prototyping and testing
• Make interactive prototypes on Figma to validate routes before development
• Organize user tests and integrate their feedback
• 5. Design system
• Create, document and maintain the design system of NiwSoft: colors, typography, grids, icons and reusable components
• Ensure visual consistency between products and platforms
• 6. Collaboration with developers
• Prepare ready-to-integrate models: specifications, assets, annotations
• Accompany developers during integration and make the visual recipe of the delivered screens
• 7. Accessibility and quality
• Apply good accessibility practices: contrasts, readability, keyboard navigation
• Ensure the clarity of the interface texts (labels, error messages, help)
• 8. Graphics media (punctually)
• Participate in the creation of visuals for customer presentations, website and social networks

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bac+3 minimum in design, multimedia or applied arts (or equivalent experience)
• 3 years of experience in web and/or mobile interface design

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Excellent mastery of Figma: components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, shared libraries
• Strong mastery of UX principles: ergonomics, visual hierarchy, user journey
• Mastery of UI principles: typography, colors, grids, spacing
• Responsive design experience and mobile constraints (iOS guidelines and Material Design)
• Portfolio presenting concrete web and/or mobile projects

• Ability to explain and defend your design choices
• Autonomy, organization and timeliness
• Team spirit, openness to feedback and strength of proposal

APPRECIATED ASSETS

• Experience on SaaS, B2B or business applications (back-office, management tools, dashboards)
• HTML / CSS or Tailwind CSS
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Mastery of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or After Effects
• Agile method experience (Scrum, Kanban)
