OXFAM IBIS recrute un(e) Regional Programme Assistant- West and Central Africa pour assurer le bon fonctionnement administratif à D, Sénégal.

** Missions**

  • **Secrétariat & : Gérer les courriers, appels téléphoniques et l'accueil des visiteurs.
  • Gestion Documentaire : Classer, archiver et assurer la traçabilité de tous les documents.
  • Support Opérationnel : Assister les équipes dans leurs tâches administratives quotidiennes.
  • Organisation : Coordonner les réunions, déplacements et agendas de la direction.
  • Polyvalence : Prendre en charge toute tâche administrative nécessaire au bon fonctionnement.

  • Formation en Administration, Secrétariat ou Commerce.
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Sens de l'organisation, discrétion et rigueur.
