Ensure adequate staffing for head office and various construction project sites. Handle employee relations, workplace concerns, disciplinary procedures, and staff communication. Manage payroll administration, salary structures, benefits, and pension compliance. Support performance appraisal systems, training needs assessment, and employee development programmes. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Malawi labour laws. Support occupational health and safety management across workplaces. Prepare HR reports and workforce planning information for management decision-making. Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information. Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
