Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Assistant role based in Lilongwe. The Human Resources Assistant will support daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and updating HR databases and HRIS systems. The role will assist with recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires. The Human Resources Assistant will help administer employee benefits, track attendance and leave, and respond to routine HR-related inquiries from team members. The position will also support the planning and coordination of staff training, performance review processes, and HR compliance activities while collaborating closely with HR management and other departments.
